How to find an appropriate transfer?

Type or select your pick-up and drop-off location in our search form. The price is provided for each transfer and there is booking button.

What is the minimum time to book a transfer?

Online bookings are accepted, at least, 12 hours before the transfer. If less than 12 hours are left, please, contacts our support team, we will try to find a solution for you.

How can make my booking?

Select if the airport is your starting point or your destination. Then, select a country for the pick-up/drop-off.
Some predefined places are registered, if you wish to go to these places, you can directly select it. If the location is not listed, select private address.
You will be asked to input the post code of the place and to confirm it by clicking on the searching button. Click on the right district and then, set how many passengers will be transferred.
You will obtain the price for the transfer and you will be able to book your transfer by clicking on the button “Book”. You just have to complete the forms and to confirm it.

How to choose a vehicle type?

There is no possibility to choose a vehicle. If you have got luggage’s out of our standards (see our Terms & Conditions), please to create the booking by selecting 8 passengers.
We can provide VIP and Business Class Transfer. More information can be obtained by contacting our service.

What if I am traveling with children?

Children are also considered passengers. When you are booking your transfer, you may order child seats and your driver will install them for safety purpose. Child seats are a free service that we propose to clients. You need, to profit of this service, free of charge, to set it in the option of the online booking forms.

If you do not know flight number?

If you receive information about the flight just before the departure, please specify the city you are flying from in the field Flight number. We will accept your booking, but you should inform us about your flight number as soon as you know it.

What pick-up time should I specify?

For a transfer FROM the airport please specify your arrival time according to your ticket. The driver will monitor your arrival according to the flight number. If you are going TO the airport, subtract from the departure time (specified in your ticket) 3 hours and duration of the trip to the airport (it is specified on the transfer page).

For example: your departure time is 2.00pm, duration of the trip to the airport is 1hour, and then you need to specify a departure time as 10.00am.

How to specify my address?

Specify the hotel name or destination address. You may copy hotel address from the hotel voucher. If you don't know the address, you will have to explain the driver where you're going. The price includes transportation to any point within the location limits.

Booking the return transfer

If you have booked your transfer from our website, you are able to book your return trip just after having achieved the forward transfer.
If you want to make your booking later, there is no problem. You just have to introduce your booking like for your forward trip.

Can I make order without filling the fields?

It is not possible to make a booking without having completely filled all the field of the forms.
If you do not find information or the route that you want to book, please to contact our customer care service. Our staff will help you and provide you all the instructions to perform rightly your booking.

How can I make sure that my booking was accepted?

As soon as you make the booking, you will receive confirmation on your mailbox. This email means that the car has been booked and the driver will meet you at the specified time. If you not received any confirmation, in a delay of max. 2 hours, please to contact our service to check your booking with our team.

Will I be able to change the data in my order?

Yes, the order changes will be made for free, but no later than one day before the trip. To make change, click on the blue link set in the confirmation email that you have received or use the Id. and password which appeared on the screen at the end of your online booking.
Within a delay of less thatn 24 hours before the booking date / hour, you imperatively to send us an email with the modification wished. Our team will validate (or not) this medication and send you a confirmation email to approve or disapprove the modification. Never a modification will be accepted by phone !

How to find my driver?

The driver will meet you holding a nameplate with your name. If he meets you in the airport, he will be waiting for you in the arrival hall. If you go from the hotel, your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel’s lobby or reception.

Can I be sure that the driver will meet me?

We guarantee that the driver will do his best to meet you, he is interested to meet you. He will have your phone number, and you will have his phone number too. As soon as you go out from the airport, pay attention to the nameplates and keep your phone switched on, the driver may call you directly. We cooperate with local provider specialized in car transfers, and we strictly monitor order performance. Transfer failures are extremely rare.

If the flight is delayed

As soon as you know that your flight is delayed, contact your driver or our staff. You should specify your booking number and new time of arrival.

If the flight arrived earlier

If you arrive before the transfer start time, it's possible that your driver isn't there yet. Please, stay in the arrival hall and wait for your driver. You may text him saying that you're waiting for him in the arrival hall.

What if I can't find my driver?

Does the driver speak English?

We try to assign English-speaking drivers for transfers with English-speaking customers. It happens quite often. Most of the drivers speak English, and the driver will have all the main information about the route before the trip.

How to pay?

If you do not have requested a prepaid booking, the only way to pay the transfer is to pay it, directly to the driver, only in cash.
On a simple request, our driver will provide you a receipt attesting that the payment has been rightly done to him.

Which credit cards are allowed for a prepaid booking?

We accept payment only by VISA and MASTERCARD.
American Express are not allowed and supported by our service.

How to pay to the driver?

Payment may be made in the currency specified in the voucher (only €).
Please prepare the necessary amount of cash in advance.

Should I pay for waiting time?

No, the driver monitors your arrival according to your flight number. If the flight is late, he will wait for you or arrives later.

Does the price depend on the date of arrival?

No, it doesn't. You may book your transfer for any date, but not later than 16 hours before your transfer.

How much time does it take to receive the transfer calculation?

Within 48 hours you will receive reply if we can perform your transfer. The calculation will be sent to you as soon as the provider sets the rate.

If we can’t find the necessary vehicle within 48 hours, we will inform you. We will continue searching and will inform you if we find necessary vehicle and get the rate.

How is the transfer request processed? 

Once you have introduce your booking through our website, our system will check the principal data and will send you a confirmation email this is rapid and take only a few minutes.
If you make a booking, within a delay of max. 24 hours, your booking will be send to our supervisor to check if this booking is in accordance with our planning. It is our team who will decide if the booking can be accepted or not. You will receive an answer by email in a delay of max. 2 hours.
